Welcome! The Indiana School Scholarship Tax Credit Program (STC) provides support for thousands of low and middle-income families in Indiana.

In conjunction with the Indiana voucher program it offers the opportunity for Hoosier families to send their children to a school of their choice using private scholarships from scholarship granting organizations.

Participation in the program is essential for families with kindergarten students who need assistance to send their children to private school. Children who receive a private scholarship from an SGO in kindergarten can – based on household income – qualify for a voucher when they enter first grade.

New Indiana legislation enacted in May 2011 greatly expanded program dollars. To learn more, click the appropriate button to your left.
